What we’ll be making: In…
Q:Hey there, how's it going? :)
Hi, yeah, I have been ignoring both my Tumblr accounts lately. I am always in and out of every internet thing I do, some day I will devote more time here again.
I am doing well. I have lost 10 pounds. I signed up for a 5k on June 23rd, but probably won’t run it all the way through. One, I’ll be with my mom, and two, probably won’t be ready. It is still a goal to run a 5k all the way through before the end of summer.
Thanks for asking, nice to hear from you. :)
*Warning: Sentimental Rambling*
I miss my red hair but I do not miss my puffy cheeks, the excess chins, or the incredibly sad look that rests in the girl on the lefts eyes.
While the change in my appearance isn’t something that is incredibly important to me, because I was beautiful either way, I enjoy placing pictures of ‘then-Brynn’ and ‘now-Brynn’ beside one another because the contrast is astounding. That sounds seriously cocky— but I look at photos of me from a year ago and I have to frown because, despite my lame attempts at something that resembles a smile, I was considerably forlorn.
Now, in the simplest words, I am happy. Not because I’ve lost weight but because I’ve discovered how awesome, strong, and resilient I actually am.
I can’t express my admiration, respect, and awe enough. Bravisimo.
I love the message you’re sending across — and I have to agree, you are truly beautiful!
Oh, I just love her!!
I started the timer after my walking warm up and just as I started the interval run (though more like interval slow jog in my case but I am 262 pounds working my way up to a run). Just shy of 2 miles, so I will try to run slightly longer to get to two miles. My goal is to run a full 5k by the end of the summer (if not earlier in the summer). Is it best for me to keep doing two miles until I can run it all the way through at a decent pace (what pace should I aim for?) or should I add distance once a week while still doing intervals or something else? I welcome any web site/reading recommendations as well. Thank you.
Runs in 2012.
Hi everyone. So one of my 2012 goals is to run a 5k all the way through. The one 5k I am signed up for though is with my mom and probably won’t be run all the way through. I still need to find another 5k that I do on my own and do run all the way through. I also plan on signing up for an 8k that happens in September and a 15k that happens at the end of October.
5k Rock n Sole run to Summerfest, June 23rd:
8K Al’s Run on September 15th:
15k Lakefront Discovery Run, end of October:
Hopefully I will stop being so much a stranger around these parts. I did run/walks for the last two days, but I have been pretty lax before that sadly.
Q:I hope you're doing well! Happy new year! As always, best of luck with everything :) DON'T GIVE UP! :D
With the holidays I have really fallen off the bandwagon, but I am ready to get back on it. Thank you so much. I hope you have a fantastic new year!!!!
Hey, yeah, I am still here, I promise. Sometimes I am here for a few weeks and other times I hang out mostly at my other blog. If you want to see the rest of my life outside of health and exercise stuff, go here:
I reblog a lot of things I like, mostly photographs, some songs and other stuff. I post original stuff too.
Now that the holidays are over, it is time to get serious and back on track. Maybe not the next two days because those are the two busiest days of the year at work, but after that NO EXCUSES, I SWEAR!!!! :)
Beautiful drive home today.
Yep, reblogging myself here. Short, quick, beautiful.
